报名须知
1、 本次重启赛事仅设置四站全程长距离组500个参赛名额，不设置单站组。
2、 官方合作伙伴Specialized将拥有100个定向招募名额，详情请咨询当地Specialized授权门店。
Registration Notice
1、This restart event only sets 500 four-stage long distance group, not single stage group.
2、Official partner Specialized will have 100 targeted placements, consult your local Specialized authorized store for details.
参赛防疫规定
1、选手已完成全部剂次新冠疫苗接种（至少2剂次）；
2、签到时提供48小时内核酸检测报告（阴性）；
3、选手均来自低风险区，签到时需出示健康码和行程码（绿码），所有选手需要在3月27日中午12点前完成赛事签到；
4、落地及赛程中核酸政策：选手需在签到时、楚雄至大理转场前、大理至丽江转场前接受组委会安排的核酸检测（选手不需付费）；
5、闭环管理：所有全程参赛选手应积极配合组委会制定的闭环管理要求，包括并不限于：全程入住组委会指定宾馆；转场乘坐组委会统一安排的转场车辆；应在下榻宾馆就餐;
6、海外及港澳台选手在中国大陆入境（28天）以上；
7、14天远端健康监测：要求所有参赛选手于3月12日至3月25日期间（即签到前14天）进行自我健康监测并每日上传身体健康状况打卡。通过电子赛事手册中“健康状况打卡”小程序，进行体温信息上报。完成了赛前14天远端健康检测的选手才能进行赛事签到。
Epidemic Prevention Policy
1、Two doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been completed.
2、Report of NAT nucleic acid test within 48hours upon check-in (negative).
3、From low-risk areas, you need to show your health code and trip code when you sign in (both green). All participants need to sign in before 12am on March 27th.
4、NAT policy upon check-in and during the race: Participants need to receive NAT arranged by the OC when signing in, before the transfer from Chuxiong to Dali, and before the transfer from Dali to Lijiang (participants do not need to pay).
5、Closed-loop management: All participants should actively comply with the closed-loop management requirements formulated by the OC, including but not limited to: accommodation in the hotel arranged by the organizing committee; Transfer by vehicle arranged by the OC; Eat at your hotel.
6、Having been in China mainland for more than 28 days.
7、Health reporting for 14 days: From March 12th to 25th, Participants will need to submit daily health report to the OC. Report body temperature information through the "Daily Health Report" mini program in the 2021 Granfondo Yunnan Online Event Manual. Participants who have not completed the health reporting for 14 days on time will be rejected for registration.
特别风险提示
1、报名选手在赛事签到时，如经核查不符合疫情防疫要求，组委会将拒绝选手参赛，且不返还赛事报名费。请选手谨慎报名。
2、选手报名后，因疫情防控原因（如健康码和行程码变红）导致无法参赛，请参考赛事退费规则申请退赛。
3、赛事开始前，如主办方因不可抗力（包括但不限于极端天气、疫情管控等原因）取消赛事，组委会将全额退还选手报名费至选手的原始付款账户。因赛事取消造成的往返交通（飞机、火车等）退票和改签费，由选手自行承担。请选手悉知并谨慎选择报名。
4、赛事举办过程中，如主办方因不可抗力（包括但不限于极端天气、疫情管控等原因）决定中断赛事，组委会将立即终止比赛。选手应自行安排返程交通（火车、飞机等）。如产生机票、火车票的退票费或改签费，由选手自行承担。请选手悉知并谨慎选择报名。
Special notice
1、If the participants fail to meet the requirements of epidemic prevention after checking in, the organizing committee will refuse to participate and will not refund the registration fee. Please register carefully.
2. After registration, if the participant is unable to participate due to epidemic prevention and control reasons (such as health code and itinerary code turning red), please refer to the event refund rules to apply for withdrawal.
3、If the event is cancelled due to force majeure(including but not limited to extreme weather, epidemic control, etc.), the organizing committee will refund the registration fee in full to the original payment account of the participant. The organizing committee is not able to coordinate the cancellation process of transportation and accommodation for the time being, nor can it bear the loss of the cancellation of transportation and accommodation fees. Please register carefully.
4、In the case that the event is suspend due to force majeure (including but not limited to extreme weather, epidemic control,etc.) the organizing committee will not be responsible for the refund of registration fee or other cancellation cost for the change plan of travelling. Please register carefully.
